RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without any obligation to provide reasons.

Return conditions

In order to make a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be intact and unused

  • Be returned in their original packaging

  • Be complete with labels and accessories

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, or damage

Returns of products that have been worn, washed, or customized will not be accepted.

Return procedure

To request a return, the customer must send an email request to:

Indicating:

  • Order number

  • Products to be returned

  • Reason for return

After authorization, shipping instructions will be provided.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect product

In such cases, the costs will be borne by the seller.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days from the receipt and verification of the returned products.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or incorrect products

In case of defective products or products that do not conform to the order:

  • The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Must provide photographic proof of the problem

In this case, it will be possible to choose between:

  • Product replacement

  • Full refund

Processing times

  • Return verification: 2–5 business days

  • Refund issuance: within 14 days
